About the event
Since May 2022 we have been holding regular Repair Cafés on Saturday afternoons at the Carter Institute in Clanfield. We were inspired and supported initially by Oxfordshire Community Action Group and our Repair Cafés are listed on their website.
We have a group of wonderful local volunteers who offer their time and skills to try and repair anything; from portable electrical items, to mechanical repairs, sewing, jewellery, garden tool sharpening etc. All electrical equipment is PAT tested and labelled before it leaves the Repair Café.
